The Africa Battery Initiative is EXCITED and THRILLED to announce its cooperation with the Regional Economic and Trade Organization , “the East Africa Community (EAC)”, in preparation and Hosting the 1st East Africa Mineral Summit 2024.
Scope of the Summit has now expanded to cover all 7 East African Community Member Countries namely :- Tanzania,Kenya , Uganda, Burundi, The DRC, Burundi, Rwanda and South Sudan.
In addition to EAC member Countries , Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe will also participate.
Due to the above, the member countries have requested more time to prepare their participation at the Summit.

- The Venue for the Summit: Golden Tulip Hotel Zanzibar
- The Event has now attained the Status of : Regional Summit covering 7 East African Community Member Countries plus 3 invited Countries from Southern Africa.
